摘要
人文贫困是21世纪困扰人类社会最严重的社会问题之一。我国农村人口居多,农村人文贫困直接影响社会的稳定与和谐发展。社会工作作为一种服务社会的专业助人活动与反贫困关系紧密。农村社会工作是中国特殊的社会工作领域,农村社会工作持守的社会公正、社会关怀和真诚信任的伦理情怀,以及其秉承的以人为本、公平正义、关爱与互助合作价值取向及其地区发展、社会策划、社会行动工作模式的基本假设及其所采用的策略是其有效介入农村反人文贫困的可能性所在。
The human poverty is one of the most critical social problems that plague the human society. Rural population in China is very large. Rural human poverty has direct influence on social stability and harmonious development. Social work is professional supportive activity that serves society. Social woke has close relationship with anti-poverty. Rural social work is a sepcial field of social work in China. Rural social work has ethic feelings of social justics, social care and sincere trust. Rural social work has the value of people-oriented juestics,love and mutual assistance and coopertion. Rural social work has the basicassumptions of mode of regional development, social planning and social action. Terefore, rural social work has the possibility of intervention in rural anti-human poverty.
