摘要
针对某火力发电机组在更换高压主汽阀的VCC卡时,各个高压调节阀切换至手动状态,阀门指令发生突变,机组负荷从197 MW突降至129 MW的问题,进行高调门流量特性诊断。通过对汽轮机DEH控制逻辑的分析,结果显示由于高压调节阀指令切换回路中函数设置的不合理,导致指令切换时发生扰动、负荷突降。本文的分析结果可为其它发电厂的DEH调门优化函数设置提供参考。
With a view to explain the problems which occurred during the replacement of VCC,including high pressure governing valves′switching to manual status,sudden change of the valve commands and drop of the unit load from 197 MW to 129 MW,this paper studies the flow characteristics and DEH control function of high pressure governing valve.The results have shown that the unreasonable setting of the flow characteristics function for switching loop led to the command fluctuation and load drop in the switching process,which provides reference for function setting of other similar generating units.
