摘要
汽轮机高调门流量特性与DEH阀门管理程序中函数的匹配与否对于机组安全、稳定、经济运行有着至关重要的作用。在机组大型检修、设备改造或者阀门解体后,高调门的流量特性往往会发生较大变化,必须及时开展流量特性的实测和参数优化工作。针对几类由于高调门流量特性异常所导致的典型异常进行分析,并介绍了现场实测和参数优化的过程,指出了异常发生的直接原因和根本原因,证实了开展该项试验的必要性。
The matching of the flow characteristics of the high pressure governor valve of turbine and the function of DEH is of vital importance to the safety,stability and economic operation of the unit.In the overhaul of large units,equipment transformation or valve disintegration,the flow characteristics of the high pressure governor valve will change greatly,and the measurement of flow characteristics and the optimization of parameters must be carried out in time.This paper analyzes the typical anomalies caused by abnormal flow characteristics of the high pressure governor valve,introduces the process of field measurement and parameter optimization,points out the direct cause and the fundamental cause of the abnormal occurrence,and proves the necessity of carrying out the test.
