摘要
分析了汽轮机调门流量曲线测试及流量管理函数优化的重要性,改进了汽轮机调门流量曲线的测试方法,并提出了一种新的基于多边界条件多目标的流量管理函数优化方法,在对某330MW机组调节系统控制品质优化的过程中取得了很好的效果,提高了顺序阀模式下流量曲线的线性度,减少了调门的重叠度,提高了机组热经济性。
Analyzes the importance of steam turbine control valve flow curve measuring and flow dispatch function optimization, improves the test method of steam turbine cotrol valve flow curve measuring, and also brings forward a new flow dispatch function multi - limit & multi-goal optimization. The application of these methods during a 330MW steam turbine control system optimization shows a good performance, and inseased the linear of flow curve, decrease the valve overlap, increase unit thermal performance.
