摘要
结合YG铜基催化剂在现行电石法PVC万吨工业装置上使用的相关工艺和操作,针对可能出现的安全问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的预防措施和切实可行的解决方案,确保了YG铜基催化剂在电石法PVC生产中安全使用。
Combined with the process and operation relevant to Cu-based catalyst YG used in an existing 10 kt/a PVC industrial plant by calcium carbide process,the possible safety problems were analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures and practical solutions were put forward to ensure the safe use of Cu-based catalyst YG in carbide-based PVC production.
