摘要
1,4-丁炔二醇催化剂是炔醛法合成反应的重要催化剂,在特殊的反应器中通入甲醛和乙炔后,氧化铜在80~90℃条件下转化为乙炔铜,与乙炔进一步络合生成乙炔铜络合物,此时的催化剂具备了炔醛反应的活性,对合成反应起催化作用。本文通过对催化剂组成和微量元素的分析和生产实践,总结1,4-丁炔二醇(B3D)生产过程中的操作条件对B3D催化剂的影响,并对催化剂的激活、使用和再生等阶段关键控制点进行了阐述。
Butynediol(B3D) catalyst is one of the most important catalysts in Reppe BDO process.In special reactor with introducing formaldehyde and acetylene,copper oxide converts to copper acetylide at the temperature between 80~90 ℃ and further reacts with acetylene to form complex copper acetylide.At this time,the catalyst has activity for acetylene and formaldehyde reaction and plays a role of catalysis to synthetic reaction.Based upon actual production experience and analysis on the components and trace elements of such catalyst,various factors which impact B3D catalyst performance were summarized,and the key points in the processes of B3D catalyst make-up,utilization and regeneration were stated.
