摘要
通过加强电石存储管理,进行工艺指标精细化控制、回收电石渣浆和精馏尾气中的乙炔、减少聚合工序废料量,有效降低了PVC生产的电石消耗。
The consumption of calcium carbide in PVC production was effectively reduced by strengthening the management of calcium carbide storage,finely controlling the process indexes,recovering acetylene from calcium carbide slurry and from tail gas of rectification,and reducing the waste in polymerization process.
