缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者采用运动控制训练仪进行康复训练对其平衡功能和下肢功能的作用效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者采用运动控制训练仪进行康复训练,对其平衡功能和下肢功能的治疗效果.方法 选取2017年12月-2018年10月在大连港医院进行康复治疗的58例缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各29例,对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组主要使用运动控制训练仪进行康复治疗,比较两组治疗8周后的平衡功能和下肢功能.结果 治疗后,观察组的下肢功能、平衡功能、躯干控制能力评分及起立-步行测试均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 运动控制训练仪能够有效改善缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的下肢功能和平衡功能,值得在有条件的医疗机构推广使用,以改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的预后. Objective To explore the therapeutic efleet of exercise control training instrument on balance function and lower limb function in hemiplegia patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 58 hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke who were rehabilitated in Dalian Port Hospital from December 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group adopted exercise control training instrument on the basis of some routine rehabilitation training.The balance function and lower limb balance flinction of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the lower limb fimetion,balance function,body control ability score and stand-walk test in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise control training instrument can effectively improve the lower limb function and balance fbnction in hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke,and it is worth popularizing in qualified medical institutions to improve the prognosis of hemiplegic patients with stroke.
