摘要
目的观察Prokin平衡训练仪对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响。方法选择2018年1—12月脑卒中偏瘫患者48例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各24例。对照组采用常规康复训练;治疗组在此基础上配合Prokin平衡训练仪。采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表、Barthel(BI)指数评定。观察治疗前与治疗两周后平衡能力和日常生活活动能力的变化。结果治疗前两组的BBS评分、Fugl-Meyer平衡量表评分、Barthel(BI)指数均差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后两组各项指标均明显提高(P <0.05),且BBS评分和BI指数的治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 Prokin平衡训练仪可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的平衡功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Prokin balance trainer on balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 48 stroke patients with hemiplegia from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training.On this basis,the treatment group cooperated with Prokin Balance Training Instrument.Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Fugl-Meyer Balance Scale and Barthel(BI)index were used to evaluate the results.The changes of balance ability and activities of daily living were observed before and after treatment for two weeks.Results There was no significant difference in BBS score,Fugl-Meyer balance scale score and Barthel(BI)index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of BBS score and BI index in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prokin balance trainer can significantly improve the balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
