摘要
目的 探析平衡仪反馈训练结合肌电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中后偏瘫患者运动能力及平衡功能的影响。方法 随机抽取2019年1月~2022年1月期间进行治疗的脑卒中后偏瘫患者56例,经随机信封法分为两组,予以单一肌电生物反馈治疗的28例患者设为对照组,予以肌电生物反馈结合平衡仪反馈训练的28例患者设为联合组,比较临床疗效及对偏瘫患者运动功能和平衡功能的影响。结果 与对照组相比,治疗后联合组上下肢的Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分均更高,负性情绪评分更低,不良事件发生率更少(P <0.05)。结论 针对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的临床治疗中,采用平衡仪反馈训练结合肌电生物反馈治疗对改善患者负性情绪,改善患者运动功能和平衡功能等方面具有积极意义,同时还能有效避免治疗期间不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the effects of balance instrument feedback training combined with myoelectric biofeedback therapy on motor ability and balance function of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia. Methods 56 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital between January 2019 and February 2019 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random envelope method. 28 patients receiving single myoelectric biofeedback therapy were set as the control group, and 28 patients receiving myoelectric biofeedback therapy combined with balance instrument feedback training were set as the combined group. To compare the clinical effect and the effect on motor function and balance function of hemiplegia patients. Results Compared with the control group, fugl-Meyer score(FMA) and Berg Balance Scale(BBS) scores of upper and lower limbs in the combined group were higher, negative emotion score was lower, and the incidence of adverse events was less(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with hemiplegia after stroke, the balance instrument feedback training combined with myoelectric biofeedback therapy has positive significance in improving patients’ negative emotions, motor function and balance function, and can effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse events during the treatment.
