摘要
针对锦瑞煤业资源整合后防灭火技术经验不足的现实,需对采煤工作面防灭火技术工艺进行设计。根据锦瑞煤业采矿地质情况,设计了矿井工作面火灾监测监控系统、采后固定灌浆防灭火和开采期间井下移动注氮的工作面防灭火技术工艺参数,建全了综合防灭火系统。经试验,可有效预防采空区发火。
In view of the fact that Jinrui Coal Industry is lack of experience in fire prevention and extinguishing technology after resource integration,it is necessary to design the fire prevention and extinguishing technology process of coal face.According to the mining geological conditions of Jinrui Coal Industry,the fire monitoring system of the working face,the technical parameters of the fixed grouting fire prevention and extinguishing after mining and the movable nitrogen injection during mining are designed,and the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing system is built.Through the test,it can effectively prevent the goaf fire.
