摘要
华亭煤业集团公司东峡煤矿37220-1工作面是该井田西翼扩大区第一个综放工作面,工作面倾角52°。由于工作面倾角大,支架稳定性差,顶板管理难度大,工作面设备易倾倒、下滑,煤壁易片帮,造成了工作面在一段时间内推进放缓,防灭火压力增大。文章通过现场实践,研究和总结出适合大倾角综放工作面防灭火技术措施,通过光纤监测系统、灌注液氮、压注凝胶及高分子胶体等防灭火技术措施,杜绝了自燃发火事故,保证了工作面安全正常回采。
The 37220 - 1 Working Face on Dongshan Coal Mine of Huating Ming Group is the first fully mechanized caving face of the mine west wing expanding area,its angle of 52 °. As the angle is large on this face, its poor support stability, the roof management is ver- y difficult, face equipment is easy to dumping, decline, coal wall spalling easily,it create advancing down on working face over a period of time, fire prevention and extinguishing pressure. Through field research and practice, summed up the large tilting fire - fighting tech- nology with caving working face, through the optical fiber monitoring system, pouring liquid nitrogen,injecting gel and polymer gel pre- vention and control measures, to prevent the spontaneous combustion accidents, ensure the safety in working face normal stoping.
