综放工作面连续低温注氮防火技术应用

摘要 沙吉海煤矿综放工作面采用注氮、注浆、喷洒阻化剂方法综合防火效果不明显,工作面回风隅角一氧化碳浓度较高。通过增设氮气制冷设备,在工作面进风顺槽铺设注氮管,注氮释放口设在采空区氧化带内,间距20-63.6 m,连续压注低温氮气置换氧气,降低采空区温度,取得了良好的采空区防火效果。 Aiming at bad comprehensive fire prevention effect of nitrogen injection,grouting and chemical inhibitor spraying and high carbon monoxide concentration in the corner of the return air at fully-mechanized caving face of Shajihai Colliery,the author proposes adding nitrogen refrigeration equipment and laying nitrogen injection pipe in the air inlet crossheading with nitrogen injection release mouth in the oxidation zone of the goaf with an interval of 20-63.6 m,which can achieve good results with low-temperature nitrogen continuously injected to replace oxygen and reduce the temperature of the goaf.
