摘要
鲜茧缫丝通过冷藏的方式保存蚕茧,相比干茧缫丝能源消耗低、副产品价值高,逐渐在丝绸行业中复兴。鲜茧丝和干茧丝的性能差异及鉴别、鲜茧丝较差的纺织性能、不够高档的丝绸制品是制约鲜茧缫丝发展的瓶颈。本文综述了鲜茧丝和干茧丝性质的差异及鉴别方法,总结了鲜茧缫丝工艺的优化方法,并对鲜茧缫丝提出适当的建议和展望,以期为鲜茧缫丝稳定健康的发展提供参考。
Fresh cocoon reeling,in which cocoon is preserved by refrigeration,shows low energy consumption and high value by-products compared with dried cocoon reeling,and thus rises gradually again in silk industry.The development of fresh cocoon reeling is limited by property difference between fresh cocoon silk and dried cocoon silk and their identification,the poor textile property of fresh cocoon silk,and the barely satisfactory quality of fresh cocoon silk-textiles.This paper reviewed differences between fresh cocoon silk and dried cocoon silk and their identification methods,summarized the technique optimization methods for fresh cocoon reeling,and gave some suggestions and prospects on fresh cocoon reeling to provide a reference for the steady and healthy development of fresh cocoon reeling.
