沙千水库施工导流规划与导流建筑物设计

摘要 沙千水库施工导流存在河谷狭窄陡峭、洪枯流量变幅较大、施工导流布置场地紧张等特点。根据水库枢纽布置和导流设计标准等条件,对改建已成隧洞和新建导流隧洞两种方案进行比选研究,最终选择技术和经济均较优的右岸新建导流隧洞+上下游围堰挡水的导流方案,有效解决河床狭窄导流建筑物布置困难问题,并结合施工进度计划安排,合理确定施工导流时段及导流程序,确保水库枢纽工程顺利施工建设。 The construction diversion of Shaqian reservoir has the characters such as narrow and steep river valley, large variation of flood and dry flow, and short layout of construction diversion site. According to reservoir hub layout and diversion design standard, two schemes of reconstructing tunnel and constructing new diversion tunnel are compared and researched, and the diversion scheme with new diversion tunnel on the right bank + the upstream and downstream cofferdam retaining the water has been preferred, which can effectively solve the problems of layout diversion structures in narrow river bed. Combined with the construction schedule, the construction diversion period and diversion procedure have been reasonably determined to ensure the smooth construction of reservoir pivotal project.
