黑鹅溪水库施工期防洪度汛及导流建筑物设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对黑鹅溪水库坝址区单点暴雨突出,洪水陡涨陡落、峰高量大,河谷狭窄,岸坡陡峻等,对施工导流及分期水流控制带来较大挑战。综合考虑坝址区地形地质条件、大坝枢纽布置和分期设计洪水等因素,优选围堰一次拦断河床、左岸导流隧洞泄流的导流方式,并制定与工程进度计划相匹配的施工分期水流控制策略。根据导流标准,对导流隧洞和临时围堰的结构体形进行了合理设计论证,确保工程安全度汛和施工安全。 Aim at the problems of prominent single point rainstorm,flood rises and falls steeply and large peak height,narrow valley and steep bank slope,which will make great challenges to construction diversion and staged flow control.Comprehensive consideration the topographical and geological conditions at the dam site,the layout of the dam,the staged design flood and factors,the diversion mod with using the cofferdam to block the river bed at once and building the diversion tunnel on the left bank is preferred,and the construction stage flow control strategies matching with the project schedule has been made.According to the diversion standard,the structural shape of diversion tunnel and temporary cofferdam has been reasonably designed and demonstrated to ensure the safety of flood control and construction.
