摘要
本文基于资源增益视角,采用问卷调查法,对232名企业员工进行调查,探讨了职场友谊和家庭支持对工作繁荣和家庭繁荣的影响机制。结果表明:职场友谊显著正向影响工作繁荣和工作-家庭增益,工作-家庭增益显著正向影响家庭繁荣,且工作-家庭增益在职场友谊与家庭繁荣之间起中介作用;家庭支持显著正向影响家庭繁荣和家庭-工作增益,家庭-工作增益显著正向影响工作繁荣,且家庭-工作增益在家庭支持与工作繁荣之间起中介作用;工作-家庭分割偏好显著负向调节职场友谊与工作-家庭增益之间的关系,同时也显著负向调节家庭支持与家庭-工作增益之间的关系;工作-家庭分割偏好显著调节了工作-家庭增益与家庭-工作增益的中介作用。
Drawing on a resource enrichment perspective,the effects of workplace friendship and family support on thriving at work and thriving at family are discussed.The empirical analysis of 232 samples shows that workplace friendship has a significant positive effect on thriving at work and work-family enrichment;work-family enrichment has a significant positive effect on thriving at family and work-family enrichment plays a mediating role between workplace friendship and thriving at family;family support has a significant positive effect on thriving at family and family-work enrichment;family-work enrichment has a significant positive effect on thriving at work and family-work enrichment plays a mediating role between family support and thriving at work;In addition,work-family segmentation preference negatively moderates the relationship between workplace friendship and work-family enrichment and also negatively moderates the relationship between family support and family-work enrichment;furthermore,work-family segmentation preference significantly moderates the mediating effect of work-family enrichment and family-work enrichment.
