摘要
[目的]探索慢性乙型肝炎"健脾"治疗规律,丰富中医理论"肝脾相关"的科学内涵。[方法]通过以篇名"肝炎"并且篇名"健脾"在中国知网、维普、万方等数据库检索近十五年的文献,从中筛选出需要的文献,对其用药、治法进行总结、统计、分析。[结果]通过筛选总共选出77篇文献,文献共涉及131味中药,使用用药次数最多的前五种健脾药分别为黄芪、白术、茯苓、丹参、柴胡;其中补虚药用药次数最多,其次为利水渗湿药、活血化瘀药、清热药等。治法以疏肝健脾居多,其次为补肾健脾法。[结论]从脾论治乙型肝炎,应该注重补虚为主,健脾与补益肝肾并重,解毒祛湿,条达肝气,补气理气活血,祛瘀生新。
[Objective]To explore the law of"strengthening spleen"treatment for chronic hepatitis B and enrich the scientific connotation of"liver-spleen correlation"theory of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]Through searching the literature in nearly 15 years with"hepatitis"and"strengthening spleen"in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and other databases,the needed literature was selected,and the drug use and treatment methods were summarized,counted and analyzed.[Results]A total of 77 articles were selected through screening,involving a total of 131 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The top five spleen-strengthening drugs were Huangqi(astragalus),Baizhu(atractylodes),Fuling(poria cocos),Danshen(salvia miltiorrhiza)and Chaihu(bupleurum).Among them,tonic herbs were used mostly common,followed by promoting urine and eliminating dampness drugs,activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis drugs,heat-clearing drugs.In the way of treatment,liver soothing and spleen strengthening is the main method,followed by tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen.[Conclusion]Treating hepatitis B by"strengthening spleen"theory should pay attention to tonifying the deficiency,attaching equal importance to strengthening spleen and reinforcing liver and kidney,combined with the methods of detoxification and dispelling dampness,soothing and regulating liver Qi,tonifying and regulating Qi and activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis and promoting tissue regeneration.
