摘要
水资源保护与利用一直都是社会各界关注的热点,近年来,随着社会经济的进步,生态文明建设也越来越被重视。现如今,面临水源地减少、功能下降、环境恶化、水土流失等境况,生态文明建设也特别强调水资源涵养林的重要性。水资源涵养林能够对水资源提供保护,并促进生态环境的改善,加强对水资源利用的永续性。通过对水资源涵养林的相关概念进行阐述,剖析建设水资源涵养林的价值所在,对水资源涵养林作用于生态服务的途径进行分析,提出优化水资源涵养林生态服务功能的方法。
The protection and utilization of water resources have always been the focus of attention from all walks of life.In recent years,with the progress of social economy,the construction of ecological civilization has been paid more and more attention.Nowadays,faced with the reduction of water sources,the decline of functions,the deterioration of environment and the loss of soil and water,the construction of ecological civilization also emphasizes the importance of water conservation forest.Water conservation forest can protect water resources,promote the improvement of ecological environment and enhance the sustainability of water resources utilization.This paper expounds the concept of water conservation forest,analyzes the value of building water conservation forest,analyzes the way of water conservation forest acting on ecological service,and puts forward the method of optimizing the ecological service function of water conservation forest.
