摘要
为提升水土保持规划工作效果,降低水土流失造成的生态、环境和社会危害,指出了水土资源流失产生的影响和危害,即旱涝灾害频发、生态环境恶化、次生灾害严重。提出做好水土保持规划的要点和措施:应加强水土保持规划审批工作,做好宣传工作,提升水土保持规划的可执行性。
In order to promote the effect of the water and soil conservation project,and reduce the ecological,environmental and social harm caused by water and soil loss,the research points out the influence and harm of water and soil loss,i.e.frequent drought and flood disaster,ecological environment deterioration,and serious secondary disaster.The key points and countermeasures of good water and soil conservation plan,i.e.to strengthen the project examination and approval of water and soil conservation,do well in propaganda,and improve the performability of water and soil conservation project.
