摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定益肾降糖饮中二苯乙烯苷的含量。方法流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(82∶18);色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);柱温:30℃,检测波长:320nm;进样量:10μL,流速:1.0mL·min^-1。结果二苯乙烯苷在10.184~305.52μg·mL^-1浓度范围内与其峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);二苯乙烯苷的平均回收率为97.41%,RSD为1.04%(n=6)。结论本法灵敏度高、专属性强、重复性好,操作简便、快速、可靠,可用于益肾降糖饮中二苯乙烯苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method to determine the content of stilbence glucoside in YiShen JiangTang decoction.METHODS 0.1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile(82∶18) as the mobile phase;The column used was Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);Column temperature:30℃,injection volume:10μL,velocity of flow:1.0 mL·min^-1,detection wavelength of 320 nm.RESULTS A good linear correlation was observed within the range of 10.184-305.52μg·mL^-1 for stilbence glucoside(r=0.9998).While the average recoveries was 97.41%,RSD were 1.04%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive and specific in the content determination of stilbence glucoside in YiShen JiangTang decoction.
