摘要
目的建立心通口服液中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱：Phenomenex（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相：乙腈-水（15∶85）,柱温：室温,流速：1.0 mL/min,检测波长：320 nm。结果 2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷进样量在0.15-1.5μg范围内线性关系良好,R2=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.01%,RSD值为0.73%（n=6）。结论本方法准确、精密度高、专属性好,可用于心通口服液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of 2,3,5,4＇-tetra-hydroxyl dipenylethylene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Xintong oral liquid by HPLC. METHODS The HPLC determination method was established with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（ 15 ∶ 85）for 2,3,5,4＇-tetra-hydroxyl dipenylethylene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Xintong oral liquid,and a Phenomenex column（ 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）. Detect wavelength was 320 nm,column temperature was room temperature,flow rate was 1 mL / min and injection volume was10 μL. RESULTS The celibration curve was linear in the range of 0.15-1.5 μg for 2,3,5,4＇-tetra-hydroxyl dipenylethylene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,with R2 of 0.9999,the average recovery of 100.01% with the RSD of 0.73%（ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is reliable,accurate and specific,which can be used for the quality control of Xintong oral liquid.
