旁路开关轴向斜圈弹簧插入力仿真与实验

摘要 为保障航天卫星锂电池组配套的1KP100-1功率型旁路开关安全可靠地运行,通过工业建模软件UG构建轴向斜圈弹簧的仿真模型,基于Ansys Workbench对轴向斜圈弹簧的插入力以及不同斜槽宽度时弹簧的插入力进行有限元分析。仿真和实验结果表明:弹簧的插入力随着位移载荷的增加而增加,最终趋于平稳;相同的位移载荷下,弹簧的斜槽越大,弹簧插入力越小;相对而言,1.4 mm斜槽宽度的斜圈弹簧较适用于1KP100-1功率型旁路开关。 To ensure safe and reliable operation of the 1KP100-1 power bypass switch supporting the aerospace satellite lithium battery pack,a simulation model of its axial canted coil spring was constructed using a modeling software UG,and finite element analysis based on Ansys Workbench was conducted of the insertion force of the canted coil spring with different widths of chutes.The simulation and experimental results show that the insertion force of the spring increases with the increase of the displacement load,and eventually stabilizes;under the same displacement load,the larger the sloping groove of the spring,the smaller its insertion force.Canted coil spring with a 1.4 mm-wide slant groove fits a 1KP100-1 bypass switch.
