摘要
介绍了插拔力测绘仪的性能和结构,并用此仪器测量了不同复合镀层接点的插人力和拔出力.提出了插拔力的新模型,此模型解释了测量得到的插拔力两次峰值现象,分析了摩擦磨损对电连接器接点插拔力特性的影响,研究了插拔力与接触压力、接触材料以及接触面微观状态之间的关系,理论分析与实测结果相吻合.
The Insertion-withdrawal force with two peak values is drawn out for different contact materials. A new physical model which explains the two peak values is given. The effects of wear on electrical connectors' insertion-withdrawal force and contact pressure, also materials and surface microstructure are analysed. The theory and experimental results are fit well.
