摘要 弹簧触指结构是一种适用于大功率电气互联器件的电接触形式。为了获得弹簧触指结构的电接触物理特性,应用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件,对其插拔过程进行了仿真模拟,并进一步分析了插针插入深度、簧丝直径、簧丝中径和簧丝圈数对插拔力、接触压力和接触面积的影响。所得的结论可直接用于具有弹簧触指结构电气互联器件的优化设计。 The spring contact structure is a kind of electrical contact which is suitable for high power electrical interconnection devices. Due to its complex structures,it is difficult to solve the insertion and extraction by using the common theoretical analysis methods. In order to obtain the electrical contact physics characteristic of spring contact structure,COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software was used to simulate the insertion and extraction process.Furthermore,the influences of insertion depth,spring diameter,diameter and number of spring wire on the insertion force,contact pressure and contact area were analyzed individually. The conclusions obtained can be directly applied to the optimal design of electrical interconnection devices with spring contact structure.
