摘要
对恶性肿瘤进行放疗、化疗、分子靶向治疗及免疫治疗时可能对甲状腺造成损害,引起继发性甲减,尤其儿童患者治疗后远期可出现甲状腺癌。因此,对恶性肿瘤进行内科治疗时需要评估甲状腺功能,治疗后应该密切检测甲状腺功能的变化。
Malignant tumor therapies(radiotherapy,chemotherapy,molecular targeted therapy,and immunotherapy)can damage the thyroid gland,cause secondary hypothyroidism,and especially induce thyroid cancer after long-term treatment in pediatric patients.Therefore,thyroid function should be assessed before the medical treatment of malignant tumors and monitored closely after the start of treatment.
