摘要
目的:分析玉红膏中挥发油的主要化学成分,为开发研究提供依据。方法:萃取玉红膏中挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)结合NIST14.0质谱库、保留指数和文献资料分析鉴定玉红膏中化学成分及种类,用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:共分离出68个峰,鉴定出54个组分,占挥发油总量的92.70%。玉红膏中挥发油化学成分主要有烯烃类(15种)占33.20%,烷烃类(11种)占32.55%,酯类(11种)占17.36%,酸类(8种)占7.21%;其中,含量由高到低为1-二十六碳烯(12.29%),三十五烷基五氟丙酸酯(9.67%),二十七烷(9.47%),二十四烷(7.99%),龙脑(7.16%),异龙脑(6.65%),二十九烷(5.81%),油酸(4.36%),二十八烷酯(4.13%),二十烷(3.80%)等。结论:本实验结果可为进一步完善玉红膏质量标准及作用机制研究提供科学依据。
Objective:To provide the reference for the development and study on Yuhong plaster by analyzing main chemical ingredients of volatile oil from Yuhong plaster.Methods:After extracting volatile oil from Yuhong plaster,chemical ingredients and its classifications contained in Yuhong plaster were analyzed and identified using GC-MS combined with NIST14.0 spectrometry database,retention index and documents,peak area normalization method was adopted to calculate the relative percentage of all the ingredients.Result:All 68 peaks were separated,54 ingredients were identified,which accounted for 92.70%of total volatile oil.Main chemical ingredients of volatile oil in Yuhong plaster included olefin(15 kinds),33.20%,alkane(11 kinds),32.55%,esters(11 kinds),17.36%,acid(eight kinds),7.21%;among them,the ingredients ranked in the content from high to low:1-Hexacosene(12.29%),Octatriacontyl pentafluoropropionate(9.67%),Heptacosane(9.47%),Tetracosane(7.99%),endo-Borneol(7.16%),Isoborneol(6.65%),nonacosane(5.81%),oleic acid(4.36%),octacosyl acetate(4.13%)and eicosane(3.80%).Conclusion:The experiment results could be taken as scientific basis for further improvement of quality standard and the mechanism of Yuhong plaster.
