摘要
发挥国有企业对上海实施乡村振兴战略的带动作用十分必要。目前上海国有企业在乡村振兴中发挥带动作用的主要有四种类型,即参与示范村建设型、农商对接型、公共服务建设型、涉农金融服务型。为更好地帮助国有企业参与乡村振兴,需要完善政企对接机制,加强政策落地扶持,完善管理和服务机制。
It is necessary to give play to the leading role of state-owned enterprises in implementing the rural revitalization strategy in Shanghai.The survey found that there are currently four main types of state-owned enterprises that play a leading role in rural rejuvenation in Shanghai:participation in demonstration village construction,farmer-business connection,public service construction,and agricultural financial service.In order to better assist state-owned enterprises to participate in rural revitalization,it is necessary to improve the government-enterprise docking mechanism,strengthen policy implementation support,and improve management and service mechanisms.
