摘要 目的:分析临床血常规检测的影响因素及相关控制对策.方法:选取2018年7月-2019年7月健康体检者100例,对比不同存储温度下血常规结果、不同送检时间下血常规结果及不同部位采血的血常规结果.结果:常温下以及冷藏存放的白细胞计数、血小板计数、红细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).4 h内送检的白细胞计数、血红蛋白含量高于24 h内送检,且4 h内送检的红细胞计数、血小板计数均低于24 h内送检,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).末梢采血的白细胞计数、红细胞计数含量均比静脉采血高,且末梢血液采集的血小板计数低于静脉采血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:不同存储温度、送检时间、采集部位均会对结果造成影响,检测人员在进行血液检测时应当注意质量的控制,最大限度降低外界原因对实验造成的影响. Objective:To analyze the influencing factors and control countermeasures of clinical blood routine examination.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,100 health checkups were selected to compare blood routine results at different storage temperatures,blood routine results at different test times and blood routine results at different locations.Results:The white blood cell count,platelet count and red blood cell count at room temperature and in cold storage were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The white blood cell count and hemoglobin content which were inspected within 4 hours were higher than those of within 24 hours and the red blood cell count and platelet count which were inspected within 4 hours were lower than those within 24 hours,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The white blood cell count and red blood cell count for peripheral blood were higher than venous blood collection,the platelet count of peripheral blood was lower than that of venous blood,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Of all different storage temperature,inspection time and collection site will affect the results,testers should pay attention to quality control when conducting blood tests to minimize the impact of external causes on the experiment.
