摘要
目的探讨EDTA-K2抗凝末梢血在不同时间检测(仪器法XS-800I)对血小板计数结果的影响。方法给62例门诊患者采集末梢血标本,在采集样本混匀后用XS-800I血细胞分析仪分别进行即时检测(1min内检测)、2min检测、5min检测、10min检测、15～30min检测,观察血小板计数结果,采用方差分析,并以手工计数法为参照,评价仪器法不同时间检测血小板计数的准确性。结果采血后仪器法即时检测血小板结果明显偏低,即时组与其他组间结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其他组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论门诊患者采集EDTA-K2抗凝末梢血后,立即检测会引起血小板假性减少,应至少充分混匀2min后再检测,可保证血小板计数结果的准确性。
Objective To discuss the effects of EDTA-K2 anticoagulated peripheral blood tested with XS-800I at different times on platelet counts.Methods The peripheral blood samples from 62 outpatients were collected and tested with XS-800I within 1 minutes,2 minutes,5 minutes,10 minutes,and 15～30 minutes.The platelet counts were observed and compared to the artificial counts with analysis of variance.The accuracy of platelet counts at different times was evaluated.Results The effects in the group tested within 1 minute were significantly poorer than that in other groups（P〈0.01）.There was no statistically significant difference between other groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion It takes at least 2 minutes to obtain accurate platelet counts after taking and miscing bene the peripheral samples with EDTA-K2 anticoagulant in outpatients.
