摘要
中国优秀教师的数量与质量还远远不能满足中国社会发展的需要,这与相对滞后的教师政策不无关系。在教育改革时代,教师应该成为教育变革者,在教育管理、教师教育和教育改革中被赋予更强的主体性和能动性。教育变革者角色以工匠和实践者两种角色为基础,但又超越这两种角色要求。在当前的教师政策中,存在着教师角色的标准化、工具化和竞争化等弊病,这不利于优秀教师的养成。因此,让教师成为教育改革的能动者,在教师管理观念上,应承认教师的良知与尊严;在教师管理实践上,需要赋权教师,给教师松绑;在教师教育方面,应注重培养教师勇气、领导力与决策力。
The quantity and quality of China’s outstanding teachers are far from meeting the needs of China’s social development,which is not unrelated to the relatively lagging teacher policy.In the era of education reform,teachers should be given greater subjectivity and initiative in the domain of education management,teacher education,and education reform.Teachers should become educational reformers,and the role of educational reformers is based on the roles of artisans and practitioners,at the same time it should go beyond the requirements of these two roles.In the current teacher policy,there are some disadvantages,such as standardization,instrumentalization and competition in the conception of teacher’s role,which is not conducive to the role of the teacher’s subjectivity.Therefore,teachers should become the active agents of educational reform.In regard to teacher management,teachers should be recognized for their conscience and dignity.In the practice of teacher management,teachers should be empowered and loosened.In teacher education,teachers should be cultivated with courage,education leadership and decision-making skills.
