摘要
基于某公司的挠性管板预热器,以非对称布管的挠性管板为研究对象,运用有限元软件ANSYS对非对称布管的挠性管板进行多工况模拟,得出管板的各类应力水平及应力分布规律。根据JB 4732-1995《钢制压力容器--分析设计标准(2005年确认)》对挠性管板进行应力校核,发现部分工况下管板应力评定不合格。对非对称布管的挠性管板提出了增加管板厚度和增设支撑筋板2种优化方案并进行了数值模拟。分析结果表明,增加支撑筋板可以有效降低管板各类应力,且安全裕度较大,对挠性管板的工程设计具有一定的指导意义。
The flexible tube sheet preheater from a company was used to investigate the flexible tube sheet with asymmetric-distributed tube.The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the flexible tube sheet with asymmetric-distributed tube under different working conditions,and the stress levels and stress distribution of the tube sheets were obtained.According to JB 4732-1995 Steel Pressure Vessels--Design by Analysis(2005R),the stress of the flexible tube sheet was checked,which indicates the stress evaluation of the tube sheet was unqualified under some working conditions.Two optimization schemes as increasing the thickness of the tube sheet and adding the bracing plate were proposed and simulated for the flexible tube sheet with the asymmetric tube.The analysis shows that the bracing plate can effectively reduce various stresses of the tube sheet with a large safety margin.The research has certain guiding significance for the engineering design of flexible tube sheet.
