摘要
研究20、304、316L换热管束材料在不同服役工况下的腐蚀速率和腐蚀形貌,测试其抗电化学腐蚀性能;同时在20钢基体上进行渗铝、有机硅荃和耐高温涂层表面处理,分析其抗腐蚀性能.分析认为:3种管束材料的抗点蚀能力随着温度的升高而降低,316L的抗点蚀能力更强;耐高温涂层表面处理较渗铝和有机硅荃涂层处理具有更好的耐高温和抗腐蚀性能.
Studied here in the paper are the corrosion rates and the corrosive morphologies of the materials of the20,304 and 316L heat-exchange tube bundles as present under different service conditions.And their electrochemical corrosion resistances are tested.Meanwhile,on the matrix of 20 steel,surface coating treatments are conducted to the three types of materials by means of alumetizing,silicone coating and anti-high temperature coating separately;and then get their corrosion resistances analyzed.It is revealed via the analysis that the pitting corrosion resistances of the said three types of materials are decreased along with rise of the temperature,whereas material 316L has rather high pitting corrosion resistance relatively;compared with the aluminizing treatment and the silicone coating,the anti-high temperature-coating surface treatment brings about better high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the material.
