摘要
运用有限元分析方法,通过建立固定管板式换热器关键结构的三维模型,并依据JB4732-1995《钢制压力容器-分析设计标准》,以设计工况为例进行了应力分析。分析结果表明,该设备的结构设计满足应力强度的要求。有限元分析结果为该固定管板式换热器的设计与制作提供了理论依据,同时也为类似非标设备的设计提供了一种新的分析思路和方法。
By using the finite element analysis method,the three-dimensional model of the key structure of the fixed tube-plate heat exchanger is established,and according to JB 4732-1995 Steel Pressure Vessel--Analysis and Design Standard,the stress analysis is carried out with the design condition as an example.The analysis results show that the structure design of the equipment meets the requirements of stress intensity.The results of the finite element analysis provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the fixed tube-plate heat exchanger,and also provide a new analysis idea and method for the design of similar non-standard equipment.
