摘要
目的:探讨尤瑞克林联合醒脑静治疗急性轻中度脑梗死的疗效。方法:纳入2016年1月至2017年3月江西省萍乡市芦溪县人民医院收治的急性轻中度脑梗死患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予抗血小板聚集、强化他汀、调控血压血糖等常规西医治疗。观察组在对照组基础上,给予尤瑞克林0.15 PNA+0.9%氯化钠注射液100 ml静脉滴注,1次/d;醒脑静注射液10 ml+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d。两组均治疗7~14d后,行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和Rankin量表(MRS)评分,观察变化情况。结果:两组治疗后NIHSS评分和MRS评分均较同组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尤瑞克林联合醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,患者神经功能和生活能力显著提升,值得临床推荐。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of eurekalin combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of acute mild to moderate cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty patients with acute mild to moderate cerebral infarction admitted to People’s Hospital of Luxi County,Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province from January 2016 to March 2017 were included,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases each.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment such as anti-platelet aggregation,intensive statin,and regulating blood pressure and blood sugar.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given eureklin 0.15 PNA+0.9%sodium chloride in 100ml intravenous injection once a day;Xingnaojing injection 10 ml+0.9%sodium chloride injection 250 ml intravenous drip once a day.After 7 to 14 days of treatment in the two groups,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and modified Rankin scale(MRS)score were performed to observe the changes.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score and MRS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eurekalin combined with Xingnaojing has a significant effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and the neurological function and living ability of the patient are significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
