摘要
目的探讨醒脑静联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法 64例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为临床用药组和联合用药组,各32例。临床用药组给予尤瑞克林治疗,联合用药组给予醒脑静联合尤瑞克林治疗。分别记录两组患者的治疗情况,并比较。结果临床用药组总有效率为81.25%,联合用药组总有效率为96.88%,联合用药组总有效率明显高于临床用药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死效果明显,值得深入研究及临床推广。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by Xingnaojing combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 64 acute cerebral infarction patients as study subjects were randomly divided into clinical medication group and combined medication group, with 32 cases in each group. The clinical medication group received Urinary Kallidinogenase for treatment, and the combined medication group received Xingnaojing combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase for treatment. Treatment conditions of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results Total effective rate was 81.25% in the clinical medication group and 96.88% in the combined medication group. The combined medication group had much higher total effective rate than the clinical medication group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xingnaojing combined with Urinary Kallidinogenase provide precise effect in treating acute cerebral infarction, and this method is worthy of further research and clinical promotion.
