摘要 中国和日本都属于亚洲东部的国家,菌菇文化在两国都有悠久的历史。中国的食用菌文化对日本产生着重要的影响,两国的食用菌文化虽有诸多共同之处,但是由于地理位置和民族风俗等方面的不同,两国的食用菌理念存在较大的差异。为此探究两国的食用菌文化之间的关系,并从中国和日本两国的食用菌文化特点为切入点,探究两国食用菌文化的差异,总结日本食用菌文化发展的积极因素,以此来巩固中国的食用菌文化的发展,让中国的食用菌文化能够真正发掘自身的内涵和价值,促进其产业文化的转型和升级。 Both China and Japan belong to the countries in northeast Asia, and the fungi culture has a long history in their respective countries. The edible fungi culture in China has an important impact on Japan. The edible fungi cultures of the two countries have many things in common. However, due to differences in geographical locations and national customs, the edible fungi concepts of the two countries are quite different. Therefore, exploring the relationship between the edible fungi culture of the two countries is of great significance for the healthy development of edible fungi culture in China. Based on the characteristics of edible fungi culture in China and Japan, we explore the differences in edible fungi culture between the two countries and summarize the positive factors in the development of edible fungi culture in Japan. Fungi culture can truly discover its connotation and value, and promote the transformation and upgrade of its industrial culture.
