摘要
菌种技术是食用菌产业健康发展的关键,对我国现行食用菌菌种技术标准情况进行了梳理分析,特别指出了食用菌工厂化生产新常态下液体菌种技术标准体系建设的必要性和迫切性。根据已有的研究结果,为液体菌种生产和检测标准的制定提出一些建议。
Spawn technology is critical to the healthy development of mushroom industry. In this paper, the existing technical standards of mushroom spawn were analyzed, and the necessity and urgency of developing technical standards about mushroom liquid spawn especially in industrial production were indicated. Also we have given some suggestions about technical standard on producing and detecting mushroom spawn based on the current research results.
