11个灰树花优良菌株的栽培表现评价 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】综合评价不同灰树花菌株的栽培表现,筛选适宜桂南地区种植的灰树花优良菌株。【方法】采用常规覆土方式栽培11个灰树花菌株,调查其母种阶段菌丝的生长特性和栽培阶段的农艺性状,综合评价各菌株的整体表现。【结果】各灰树花菌株母种阶段菌丝的生长特性和栽培阶段的部分农艺性状差异明显,其中,在PDA培养基中菌丝生长综合状况最佳的是迁4和小黑汀,在栽培基质和栽培袋中菌丝生长状况综合表现最佳的是H21和迁4,且原基形成状况较优;原基形成时间、第1茬和第2茬菇采收时间最短的是小黑汀,分别为60.33、85.67和141.33 d,产量适中;第1茬产量和干重、整体产量和干重最高的是迁4,分别为203.85和20.39 g/袋、296.54和28.54 g/袋;除H1、庆灰151、庆灰152、微和林一直未形成子实体外,其他菌株均能形成子实体,其中H21、迁3、迁4和小黑汀能形成两茬子实体且耐9.2℃低温和31.0℃高温;出菇率最高的是H21、迁4和小黑汀,两茬出菇率均达100.0%。【结论】迁4和小黑汀菌株在PDA培养基、栽培基质和栽培袋中的菌丝生长状况、出菇率、出菇茬数、耐温性、出菇周期及产量等均较优,可作为桂南地区优先选用的早出菇短周期和高产灰树花菌株推广种植。 【Objective】Cultivation performances of different Grifola frondosa strains were comprehensively evaluated to screen fine G.frondosa strains which were suitable for cultivation in southern Guangxi.【Method】Eleven G.frondosa strains were used as experiment materials and cultivated with conventional method of the casing soil.Mycelial growth traits of strains were investigated during mother culture period,and agronomic traits of strains were investigated during cultivation period.The overall performance of G.frondosa strains were comprehensively evaluated.【Result】There were obvious differences among G.frondosa strains in mycelial growth traits during mother culture period and some agronomic traits during cultivation period.Qian 4 and Xiaoheiting in the mother culture media PDA showed the best comprehensive status of mycelial growth.H21 and Qian 4 in the cultivation substrate and cultivation bag showed the best comprehensive performance of mycelial growth status,and H21 and Qian 4 had fine primordia formation status.Xiaoheiting had the shortest day of primordia formation,the first and second harvesting,which were 60.33,85.67 and 141.33 d respectively.Xiaoheiting had a middle-level yield.Qian 4 had the highest fresh yield and dry yield of first flush,total fresh yield and dry yield,being 203.85 and 20.39 g/bag,296.54 and 28.54 g/bag respectively.All strains could form fruit body except H1,Qinghui 151,Qinghui 152,Wei and Lin.Among these strains,H21,Qian 3,Qian 4 and Xiaoheiting could form two flushes of fruit body,and were resistant to 9.2℃low temperature and 31.0℃high temperature.H21,Qian 4 and Xiaoheiting had the highest fruiting rate and the fruiting rate reached 100.0%in two flushes.【Conclusion】Qian 4 and Xiaoheiting strains in the PDA culture media,cultivation substrate and cultivation bag have fine performance of mycelial growth status,fruiting rate,fruiting flush,temperature resistance,fruiting cycle and yield.Qian 4 and Xiaoheiting are G.frondosa with early fruiting,short cycle and high yield,s
