摘要
对带病毒(菌)的平菇品种"科大杂优"进行了组织分离,经常温尖端、常温断桥和高温尖端3种脱毒方法进行了提纯、复壮处理,从母种生长速度、原种生长速度、产量及第一潮菇产量综合分析,得出常温断桥处理方法是简单、易实现的最佳菌类脱毒处理方法。
The tissue separation was carried out on Pleurotus ostreatus with virus(bacteria),and three methods of purification and rejuvenation were carried out.From the comprehensive analysis of the species length speed,original species length speed,yield and first tide yield,it was concluded that the treatment method of normal temperature broken bridge was simple and easy to realize.
