摘要
以14株灰树花(Grifola frondosa)菌株为试验材料,以30%的木耳菌糠作为栽培基质,通过记录子实体颜色、菌丝长速、子实体形态(朵长、朵宽、朵高)、产量、等农艺性状,计算出不同性状内的变异系数,评价不同菌株的生物学特性。研究结果表明:各性状间存在不同程度的遗传变异,其中朵宽性状的变异系数最大,为3%~17%。菌株HH01、HH02、HH06子实体形状好、开片能力强、生物学效率高、子实体颜色好,适合在牡丹江地区推广栽培。
14 Grifola frondosa strains were cultivated on composition substrate contained 30% fungus chaff as test materials.The data describing fruitbody color,mycelial growth,fruitbody morphology(fruitbody longitudinal diameter,fruitbody transverse diameter,Height of fruiting body)and yield ect.were recorded to evaluate its biological features.Meanwhile,coefficient of variation(CV)were conducted on 14 strains.The results showed that:The characters of different strains showed different degree of diversity,the coefficient of variation was the largest,which range of 3%-17%.Strains HH01,HH02 and HH06 which have the good fruitbody shape,high leaf unfolding ability,high biological efficiency and good fruitbody color were more suitable for cultivation in Mudanjiang region.
