白灵菇多糖对力竭运动大鼠抗疲劳及抗氧化作用探析 被引量:14

摘要 为探究白灵菇多糖对力竭运动大鼠抗疲劳和抗氧化作用,选取250只Wistar雄性大鼠,采用随机数字表法平均分成5组,使其进行为期30 d跑台运动,观察白灵菇多糖对大鼠抗氧化能力的影响及对大鼠NO-NOS、ATPase活性的影响。在使用白灵菇多糖后,大鼠机体的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、SOD活力与-SH含量明显升高,丙二醛(MDA)水平显著降低;休息12 h后,大鼠机体的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)能力、一氧化氮(NO)水平与运动前水平一致,因此,白灵菇多糖能够增强机体抗氧化能力,并且能够增强机体的恢复能力。 To investigate the anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation effects of polysaccharide from Pleurotus Nebrodensis on exhausted exercise rats. we selected 250 wistar male rats and divided them into 5 groups on average by random digital table method, all of them were allowed to carry out 30 d running platform exercise to observe the effect of Pleurotus Nebrodensis polysaccharide on the antioxidant capacity of rats, and the effect of Pleurotus Nebrodensis polysaccharide on the activity of No-Nos and atpase in rats. The activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px), SOD activity and-SH content in rats increased significantly, malondialdehyde(MDA) level decreased significantly. After resting for 12 hours, nitrogen synthase(NOS) ability, nitric oxide(NO) level was consistent with pre-exercise level, therefore, Pleurotus Nebrodensis polysaccharide can enhance the body’s antioxidant capacity,and can enhance the body’s resilience.
