摘要
试验研究灵芝菌丝体速溶粉的体外抗氧化作用,为其功能定位提供参考。主要对灵芝菌丝体速溶粉清除DPPH·、·OH、O_2^-·的能力,总还原力以及抑制脂质过氧化的能力进行测定,并检测了灵芝菌丝体中的多糖含量。结果表明,灵芝菌丝体速溶粉中的灵芝多糖含量为4.89%。随着灵芝菌丝体速溶粉浓度的增加,清除各自由基的清除率、总还原力和抑制脂质过氧化的抑制率均逐渐增大;清除DPPH·、·OH、O_2^-·的IC_(50)值分别为0.912 mg·mL^(-1)、3.173 mg·mL^(-1)、0.863 mg·mL^(-1),抑制脂质过氧化作用的IC50值为6.706 mg·mL^(-1)。说明灵芝菌丝体速溶粉有较强的抗氧化活性。
The anti-oxidation activity of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium instant powder in vitro were studied, which provided some references for its functional localization. The polysaccharide contents were determined, and G. lucidum mycelium instant scavenging capacity of DPPH·, ·OH and 02-·, the total reducing power and inhibiting lipid oxidation activity were detected. The results showed that the G. lucidum polysaccharide content of mycelium instant powder is 4.89%. With the increase of the concentrations of G. lucidum mycelium instant, values of the anti-oxidant ability increased, and the ICso on DPPH·, · OH, 02-· and lipid peroxidation is 0.912 mg·mL-1, 3.173 mg·mL-1, 0.863 mg·mL-l and 6.706 mg·mL-1 respectively. We infered that G. lucidum mycelium instant powder had strong antioxidant activity.
