摘要
为研究灵芝栽培中木屑与棉籽壳的最佳配比,本研究设置了不同木屑与棉籽壳比例的4个栽培配方,以木屑为主的常规栽培配方1为对照,从产量、品质(多糖含量、三萜含量和水提物抗氧化活性等指标)综合分析,筛选出优良配方。结果显示,从产量方面看,配方3、配方5单袋产量较高,分别比对照配方提高了33.49%、30.01%,其次是配方4,比对照配方提高了19.97%,三者的产量与对照间均达到极显著水平,说明同时使用棉籽壳和木屑作为碳源栽培灵芝可显著提高产量,且当木屑与棉籽壳比为1∶1时效果最好。从品质方面看,配方2多糖含量为5.72 mg·g^(-1),极显著高于对照(P<0.01),配方4灵芝三萜含量最高,是对照的1.24倍。在抗氧化性方面,配方4、配方5的DPPH、ABTS自由基清除率较高。综合分析产量、品质后得出配方4(木屑52%、棉籽壳26%、麦麸13%、玉米粉7%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%)是最佳的灵芝栽培配方。
In order to select the best cultivation formula of Ganoderma lucidum,four different cultivation formulas with different proportions of sawdust and cottonseed hull were set up in this study.Formula 1 was the conventional cultivation formula mainly composed of sawdust as the control.The best formula was selected based on the comprehensive analysis of yield,quality(polysaccharide content,triterpenoids content and antioxidant activity of water extract of G.lucidum fruiting body).The results showed that the single bag yield of formula 3 and formula 5 was higher,which increased by 33.49%and 30.01%,the second was foumula 4,which increased by 19.97%.It means that the yield of G.lucidum could be improved by using sawdust and cottonseed hull as carbon source,and the effect was better when the ratio of sawdust and cottonseed hull was 1:1.The polysaccharide content of formula 2 was 5.72 mg·g^(-1),which was significantly higher than that of control formula(P<0.01).And the triterpenoids content of formula 4 was the highest,which was 1.24 times of that of the control formula 1.In terms of antioxidant activity,DPPH,ABTS free radical scavenging rate of formula 4 and formula 5 is higher.After comprehensive analysis of yield and quality,formula 4(sawdust 52%,cottonseed hull 26%,wheat bran 13%,corn flour 7%,sucrose1%,gypsum 1%)was the best cultivation formula to cultivate G.lucidum.
