摘要
以不同的段木基质栽培赤芝LZ01,以不同的初加工和提取方法处理赤芝LZ02,再采用HPLC法对不同处理下获得的子实体样品中灵芝酸A、灵芝酸B、灵芝酸C的含量进行测定。比较3种段木基质栽培发现,白栎木材栽培时赤芝LZ01子实体中灵芝酸A含量最高且3种灵芝酸总含量最高,黄栎木材栽培时灵芝酸C含量最高,3种木材栽培方式下的赤芝LZ01子实体均基本不含灵芝酸B。比较不同初加工处理方式发现,赤芝LZ02新鲜子实体中灵芝酸A的含量最高且3种灵芝酸总含量最高,晒干处理下灵芝酸B、灵芝酸C的含量最高。比较不同提取方法发现,水浴回流提取法下赤芝LZ02子实体中灵芝酸A、灵芝酸B、灵芝酸C的含量均为最高。
Ganoderma lucidum LZ01 cultivated in different wood substrates,G.lucidum LZ02 was treated with different primary processing and extraction methods.Then HPLC method was used to determine the content of ganoderic acid A,ganoderic acid B,ganoderic acid C in the fruit body samples obtained under different treatments.Comparing cultivation with 3 wood substrates,it was found that the content of ganoderic acid A was the highest and the total content of 3 ganoderic acids was the highest in fruit bodies of G.lucidum LZ01 cultivated with Quercus fabri Hance.The highest ganoderic acid C was found was found under cultivation with Quercus delavayi Franch.,and the ganoderic acid B was essentially absent in the fruit bodies of G.lucidum LZ01 under all three wood cultivation methods.Comparing different primary processing methods,it was found that the content of ganoderic acid A and the total content of three ganoderic acids were the highest in fresh fruit body of G.lucidum LZ02,and the contents of ganoderic acid B and ganoderic acid C were the highest under sun drying treatment.Comparing different extraction methods,it was found that the contents of ganoderic acid A,ganoderic acid B and ganoderic acid C in the fruit body of G.lucidum LZ02 was the highest under thewater bath reflux extraction method.
