摘要 文章基于现有文献对组织惯例的概念发展进行了系统梳理,发现组织惯例的概念内涵演进沿着个体到群体再到组织水平的脉络深化,并呈现出从静态到动态的演进,在发展过程中逐渐形成了以内生发展模型和语法模型为代表的相似的结构模型,对组织惯例的内在结构进行解构和分析,表明学术界对于组织惯例的概念内涵的理解正在趋向一致。依托上述模型对组织惯例内在结构的描述,文章从八个方面对组织惯例的关键特征进行概括,认为集体性和模式性是最为关键的特征,并对内在结构和关键特征之间的对应关系进行了总结和分析。文章通过对组织惯例概念发展、内在结构及关键特征的文献梳理及其内在关系的发掘,既深化了对组织惯例概念本身的理解,也有助于更好地将组织变革理解为一个持续性的过程,同时还找到了后续惯例的测量方向。 The development of concept on organizational routines is systematically reviewed in the paper based on existing literatures,and the finding is that the evolution of concept follows individual level to group level and then to organizational level,and presents the evolution from static to dynamic.In the development process,the similar structure model is gradually formed,such as the internal structure model and the grammar model,and the internal structure of the routines is deconstructed and described,which shows that the academic researchers on understanding of the concept connotation of organizational routines are tending to be consistent.The key features of organizational routines are summarized from eight aspects;among them,collectivity and pattern are the most important features.The corresponding relationship between the internal structure and key characteristics is also summarized and analyzed.Through the literatures review of the concept development,internal structure and key characteristics of organizational routines and the exploration of its internal relationship,firstly the paper contributes to the advancement of a deeded understanding of the concept of routines;secondly,the nature of organizational change is better understood as a continuousprocess;finally,the direction of measurement on routines is found out.
