摘要
内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司2号机组脱硫系统运行期间,出现增大供浆量,pH值基本无变化,SO2浓度超标现象。分析其原因为脱硫系统浆液失效,浆液中的杂质大部分来自于烟气,少部分来自于石灰石。由于灰分和细小颗粒物易进入石膏晶体间的游离通道,并将其堵塞,导致石膏晶体生长慢或生长较小,影响脱水效果。灰尘中的氟铝形成的络合物,包附在石灰石表面,影响其溶解速率,进而影响系统脱硫效率。通过采取精准地控制供浆流量和pH值,加强监口烟尘浓度监测等调整措施,2号机组脱硫系统浆液品质良好,SO2排放浓度未超标。该研究对同类型脱硫系统类似的问题有一定的参考价值。
When the desulfurization system of Unit 2 of Jinglong Power Plant Co Ltd.in Inner Mongolia was operated,the amount of slurry supply increased,and the pH value basically did not change,and the concentration of sulfur dioxide exceeded the standard.After analysis,the reason is that the slurry of the desulfurization system is invalid.Most of the impurities in the slurry come from the flue gas and a small part from limestone.Due to the small size of ash particles,it is easy to enter the favorable channel between gypsum crystals and block it,resulting in slow or small growth of gypsum crystals,affecting the dehydration effect.A complex of aluminum fluoride in dust,which is attached to the surface of limestone and affects its dissolution rate,thereby affecting desulfurization efficiency.Through precise control of the slurry flow and PH value,strengthen the adjustment measures such as monitoring the inlet dust concentration,the slurry quality of the desulfurization system of Unit 2 is good,and the sulfur dioxide index has not exceeded the standard,and it has a certain reference value for similar problems in the same type of desulfurization system.
