摘要
分析了吸收塔浆液中各固体成分对石膏脱水的影响,固体成分包括石膏晶体粒径、残余石灰石含量、亚硫酸钙及惰性杂质等,提出提高石膏脱水率应采取增大石膏粒径,减少残余石灰石含量,减少亚硫酸钙及惰性杂质含量的措施。
The influence of solid components in slurry of abosorbtive tower, including the particle size of gypsum, the content of residual lime- stone,the content of CaSO3 ,and inert impurities etc. , upon dehydration of gypsum has been analysed,and the measures for enhancing the dehydration rate of gypsum, such as increasing particle size of the gypsum, decreasing content of the residual lime - stone,lowering the content of CaSO3 and the content of inert impurities etc. ,being put forward.
