摘要
石膏含水率是石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统的重要性能指标,它综合反映了石膏脱水系统的工作状况。本文针对某电厂石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫改造工程试运过程中出现的石膏含水率超标等情况进行分析,并提出了初步的解决方案、运行控制措施等,为该设备今后能够良好运行提供了理论依据。
The moisture content of Lime stone / gypsum is the important performance index of the gypsum wet law exhaust gas desulphurization system. It has reflected the working state of the dehydrated system of gypsum synthetically. The situation is that the gypsum moisture content appeared in the course exceeds normal standard, in a lime stone of power plant, during the lime/gypsum wet law flue gas desulphurization reform project. According to the operation records during commissioning, the causes of excess moisture content of gypsum are analyzed, and the corresponding solving measures are put forward for the commissioning and operation.
