表面式间冷机组循环水不同阶段水质调整的研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着国家环保节能政策的推广实施,近年表面式间接空冷技术在北方富煤缺水地区被广泛应用,然而间冷系统设备在制造时由于含有Na+、Cl-杂质而易发生电化学反应导致循环水质恶化,长时间运行给机组带来严重的腐蚀甚至机组非停事故。根据循环水水质特质,设计阴极保护结合涂层防护对循环水管道进行防腐,设备安装后通过有效的分阶段冲洗确保进入扇区水质,系统试运后结合加药手段进行水质改善。通过对冲洗、换水、加药及旁路处理等控制手段进行分析对比,建议采用旁流处理工艺(前置过滤器+阳床),在保证循环水质的基础上具有节约水资源并经济环保的优势,为后续间冷循环水水质调整提供借鉴。 With the promotion and implementation of national environmental protection and energy conservation policies in recent years,surface indirect air cooling technology has been widely used in the north of the rich coal water shortage area.However,intercooling system equipment is susceptible to electrochemical reactions due to the presence of Na+and Cl-during manufacture leading to deterioration of circulating water quality,which will cause serious corrosion to the unit and even the unit shutdown accident if long time running.According to the quality characteristics of circulating water,the cathodic protection combined with the coating protection is applied to prevent corrosion of the circulating water pipeline.After the equipment was installed,the water quality of the sector was ensured through effective staged washing,and the water quality was improved combined with the dosing method after the system was running.It was recommended to use side-stream process(pre-filter+cation bed)by analysis and comparing flushing,water exchange,dosing and side-stream treatment processes,it has the advantages of saving water resources and being economic and environmental protection on the basis of ensuring circulating water quality,which could provide reference for adjusting water quality of the inter-cooling circulating water system.
